A man who couldn't afford a train ticket from Hunan province to Shaanxi province tried to trick police into taking him home.
The man told police in Xiangtan, Hunan province that he was fugitive and wanted to be sent home.
Police found no record of Liu, 34, and learned he was trying to get a free ride. He was taken to a rescue center after he was lectured by police.
